We run two lessons daily from May to October at whitesands beach St Davids.
The surf school runs one morning lesson and one afternoon lesson. (The following times are approximate slightly as we co-ordinate our lessons around the tide times to ensure the safest and best conditions on the day.)
Mornings are 9-10am , afternoons are 1.30 – 2pm

A beginners group lesson lasts for two and a half hours (same as a half day) and is usually enough to get most people standing by the end of the session.
You will spend time both on the beach and in the water under close supervision of our instructors, where you will be taught the initial techniques for catching waves and riding them. You will also be introduced to beach safety whilst surfing and an introduction to the basic equipment used as a beginner.

The lesson prices include all equipment for the duration of the lesson
Beginners lessons cost £35 per person for a two and a half hour session as part of a group. All equipment is provided at no extra cost.
Improvers sessions (smaller groups and one on one) cost ? TBA
